Shirdi: Sai Devotees Gifted, Now 12-15 Thousand People Will Get Online Pass For Darshan

The number of Sai devotees coming to Shirdi on public holiday is increasing constantly. More than 15000 Sai devotees are coming to Shirdi for Darshan on holiday day, but only 6000 devotees are able to see Sai Baba because only online pass is allowed

During the Corona period, a limited number of devotees are being relaxed to visit the Shirdi Sai Durbar. Now it is possible to give online pass for 12000 to 15000 devotees to visit Shirdi Saibaba. On Sunday, the manifestation was extended to the devotees on behalf of Sri Sai Baba Institute of Shirdi.

On behalf of the institute it was said that during the last one month, only 6000 devotees were given online passes to visit the temple of Sai Baba in Shirdi.

From 15 November till now, all the rules of corona virus have been strictly followed during the darshan of devotees. There has been no significant increase in the number of corona patients in Shirdi city during one month. A month ago about 150 corona-infected cases were reported in Shirdi city. Now the number of infected patients is about 50.

On the other hand, the number of Sai Baba devotees coming to Shirdi on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and other festivals, and public holidays, is constantly increasing. More than 15000 Sai devotees are coming to Shirdi for Darshan on a holiday, but only 6000 devotees are able to see Sai Baba as only the permission of online pass is so.

In the above situation, it will be possible for the temple administration to follow the guidance of Kovid-19 and follow all the guidelines of the government and give admission to maximum 12000 Sai devotees at the time of the crowd. It will not be possible for all the Sai devotees to come to Shirdi when the crowds of Sai devotees are constantly on holiday. Temple CEO Kanuraj Bagate has requested that all the Sai devotees coming to Shirdi to visit Sai Baba should reserve their darshan on the institute's online.sai.org.in website and enter the darshan on time on the due date.

According to temple CEO Kanuraj Bagate, it is possible to give online pass to 12000 to 15000 devotees only on holiday, if booked in advance. In Shirdi before the corona epidemic, 50 thousand devotees used to come to see Sai daily and the number of Sai devotees on the holiday was up to one lakh and on New Year day i.e. December 31, the number of devotees has gone up to one lakh fifty thousand.
