Mata Vaishno Devi Dham: Now You Will Not Have To Pay Money For Offerings On The Common Prasad
Free prasad service has been started by the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board for the devotees at the traditional track sharing site. Halwa, black gram and tea will be provided as offerings. This service will be available twenty four hours throughout the year.
Proper seating arrangements have also been made at the place where the offerings will be distributed. This will provide relief to the devotees from rain, cold and strong sunlight.
On Friday, the board's CEO Ramesh Kumar inaugurated the Prasad site with Vedic chanting and worship. He distributed the prasad among the devotees and said that this prasad service will bring great relief to the devotees.
The community kitchen was started on the Tarkot road from last year on behalf of the board. Community Kitchen Tarakot Road is established between Katra and Ardhkunwari. Twenty four hours of facilities are being provided to the passengers from the community kitchen.
Devotees desirous of contributing to other services, including Prasad, can donate through the Digital Gateway at the Prasad site and the board's website.
